Applications:
It is mainly to produce LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE co-extruded film. The film is widely used in direct liquid packaging, export product packaging, print material and industrial packaging, etc.
Co-extruded film looks much stronger and better transparency and so often used to make top shopping bags.
Features:
1. Double-layer co-extruded lamination film may keep packed liquid fresh for a longer time.
2. Double-layer rotational die to insure top film quality.
3. Extruder's cylinder and screws employed accurately processed and nitrided alloy steel. Optimized. Endurable.
4. The assistant machine is with a high console for easy operation and with a foaming set-ring.
5. A giant frictional winding station of 2 winders: With slitting knives and with moment motors for proper ten-sion control. Tidy winding. Easy web replacement. V. F. Drive for speed regulation.
6. Super high frame for better cooling and also with an extendable up-pull system.
