2. Fluting knife alignment employed star-gear structure. Electrical driving and tuning within 360 degrees. Scale to display the tuning digits.
3. Machine employed electromagnetic motor. Speed is regulated within 0 - 70 pcs/min.
4. Flute knife bracket's transverse movement is manual insert board type. Every bracket may realize sychronozed movement between the upper / lower creasing wheel and upper / lower knife bracket, manual. Easy adjustment.
5. Conveying roller has pre-press function and so applicable cardboard range is enlarged.
6. Gear material is of special carbon steel + seasoning + quench. Showering type lubing. So gear's service life is long and noise low.
7. New type sawing blade is used.
8. With digital counter to count repeat pieces.
9. Punching device is optional at request.
