Product Description
In order to fulfill needs of big sized printing and international standard requirements, Our plant developed and put into market 32-format double linked book and magazine model PRJ450 based on our model PRJ400.
Advantages
1) Main machine transmission employed a cycloidal pin gear motor + V. F. Drive (Japan FUJI0) for stepless speed regulation and with transmission belt.
2) Whole machine employed PLC (Japan OMRON) for control.
3) Digital temperature controller (Japan) to control glue melting temperature.
4) With a timer to preset melting time.
5) Photocell controls the book core and book cover to match one to one. Automatic stop when only book core and no more book cover.
6) Both relay and contactor are with imported components.
7) There are 5 book clumps on the disc. Binds 5 books every cycle.
8) Only if manually put the book core into the clump, it will automatically complete book tidy vibrating, back milling/ gigging, back gluing, side gluing, putting on the cover, tight pressing, auto book dropping and conveying away.
9) With book cover dent s function.
