Servo motor for length control. AC motor with V. F drive for speed regulation. Precision mechanical structure. High speed. Easy operation. It is an ideal equipment for a converting plant to sheet a web sheet roll into different sized sheets.

1. This machine employed servo drive for sheeting length control and V. F. Drive for speed regulation (man-machine interface) with touch screen control. Very simple and easy operation.
2. The MMI is for central parameter setting, display, live inspection and control of each part's working states.
3. The whole machine is linked and protected by a top PLC system. Sheeting length and speed are controlled by computer. Easy adjustment. Sheet accuracy is within 0.5mm.
4. Unwinder is a hydraulic driving with magnetic brake. Tension control is pneumatic. Automatic curved web paper open flat. Sheet squaredness is adjustable. Sheet on sheet conveying. Fast and stable.
5. Rotary cutter for sheeting. Alloy steel blade. Both variable frequency and servo motor control systems are at request.
6. Blade loading protection offers in time safety protection.

Top precision super hard aluminum alloy rollers are used as the guiding roller.
7. Three units of slitters for edge trimming and longitudinal slitting.
8. Electrostatic bar to eliminate static influence to sheeting speed and sheet fitting.
9. Sheeting blade is with air to make sheet feeding stable and prevent paper particle
10. Sheet rear absorbing air to assist thin sheet conveying at high speed.
11. Pneumatic shaking for sheet fitting. Automatic deep pile lifting and lowering.
12. Waste gate system with other quality inspection systems to push out poorly sheeted pieces and other poor products and convey only good product to the deep pile.
13. Exit air to make sheets enter deep pile smoothly.
