Product Description
It is to coat a layer of plastic film, kraft paper, aluminum foil or other web material onto the ready made web PE foam sheet. The heating method is by oil + electricity. The usual emboss pattern is square. Most special emboss shapes are acceptable.
Bonded material is specialized for bag making, heat resistance, construction use, etc.
Our machine is with a banana roller. May add slitting blades for inline slitting and then rewind into several rolls. Teflon roller + plastic roller for coating.
