Product Description
This is a semi automatic case maker. It is to glue, paste a printed cover sheet onto a paper board. It also has the function of edge folding. It is usually used to make both hard covers and color box.
Functions:
1. Vacuum cylinder absorb (no vacuum pump, but compressed air to do the job). Manual feeding platform lift. Absord height is 100mm. Level feeding stroke is 60mm.
2. Electrical glue melting. With glue pump for feeding. Glue may flow back to reuse to reduce glue waste. Glue feeding quantity is adjustable.
3. Absorb fan to absorb color sheet onto the conveyer and so color sheet will not move away and easy for manual inserting paper board onto the color sheet.
4. With edge folding function. Wheel to press smooth.
