Product Description

1. Application: This machine is for lamination of BOPP, PET, CPP, PCVD, metalized film, aluminum foil, and familiar combined web film and paper. Mechanical speed: 80 m/min.

2. Active transmission device; The active transmission employed AC variable frequency control. Coating roller and hot drum synchronization employed shaking arm to control tightness. Feature: To insure tunnel film keep a certain tension.

3. Unwinding stations: Both the 1st and 2nd unwinding stations are with photoelectrical edge position control with 2 unwinders. Unwind tension control is manual. Laminated film unwinding employed photoelectrical edge position control + magnetic powder tension control.

4. Glueing roller: Anilox with doctor blade to control glue quantity. Glue thickness and doctor blade are freely adjustable. Glue roller uses double cylinders to give pressure. Glueing roller will automatically lift up whenever the machine is stopped.

5. Inside heating tunnel: Heating tunnel has 4 sections. Intelligent PID temperature control. With internal circulation devices. Film guiding roller is synchronized with the heating drum. With pneumatic tunnel cover lift and film pull on platform.

6. Lamination heating drum and impression roller: Laminate heating drum is heated by oil + electricity. Impression roller's pressure employed double cylinders. Pressure is adjustable. Power saving.

7. Rewinding station: Double working places. Automatic splicing. Moment motor to give rewinding force.
