Product Description
1. Single shaft and double knife for fluting. Cab height adjustment employed internal gear structure. So lubing oil not easy to dirt the carton.
2.1st line press wheel not easy to break the cardboard after line pressing.
3. Upper line pressing wheel wrapped with unique glue, not to innjure cardboard.
4. Fluting knife stand has a transverse moving structyre. With bolt and straight rail. So movement is more agile and more accurate.
5. Knife's upper and lower stands are linked with transmission shaft. While moving, upper and lower knife's aim is kept and knife service life is longer.
6. Fluting phase and carton height are controlled by computer and digital system.
7. Fluting knife shaft clearance is adjusted electrically.
8. Pre-press, line press space adjustment employed an automatic locking devic.
9. Fluting knife's box height alignment has a collision protection device.
10. Equipped with manual hole puncher bracket.
