Product Description
1. Feeding platform employed combination type, chain and manual feeding.
2. Each unit movement is by electrical driving and pneumatic locking.
3. It employed star gear electrical jogging device. Fast and accurate phase adjustment. During both running and stop, you may adjust by 360 degrees.
4. All clearance alignments are with scale disc and manual adjust.
5. Automatic rubber roller rotating device to keep the ink not dry while machine is stopped.
6. Bevel gear transmission. All gears got high frequency quenching.
7. Gear lubing employed spraying type circulation method.
8. With electronic counter to control cardboard printing pieces.
9. It uses pneumatic membrane pump. Automatic ink circulation and ink supply.
10. Carboard cutting and line pressing units are optional at request.
