Product Description
This production line is developed from overseas design, aimed at local medium sized carton manufacturer's requirements, multiple products, production capability at a reasonable level: Big production, cheaper cost, easier maintenance.
This production is built up with 24 sets of single facers. Total length is 51 meters. Reasonable structure, top craftwork and of top product quality. This production line has 3 types: AB for 5-layer and A and B for 3 layers. Built as per China standardization GB6544-86.
Applications and advantages:
1. Material is alloy steel of chrome and molybdenum.
2. Corrugation shape is of global UV type.
3. Top imported accurate machine tools, computerized angle separation craftwork for grinding to insure corrugation sizes fulfill national standards.
4. Corrugation tooth surface got quenching. Hardness reaches more than HV60. Upper corrugation roller's middle higher and service life is longer.
